Update: This is an Update Blog Now
We've got all sorts of news: a format change, a new Garden, and a portfolio facelift!
Updating…
Howdy all! Some news: this Substack is now a monthly blog about all the new stuff Dayflower is up to. This is because we (huge news: we’re really a we now!) have a lot going on and, for the sake of sustainability, we (just talking about me now) figured it would be a much better use of everyone’s time for this to serve as a kind of recap. We also love to be at the top of your inbox and the front of your mind, so transitioning to an update-forward format where we can brag about our work is a great way to do that.
The Dayflower Garden
Now for the fun stuff: Dayflower is now a proper collective! Last month, I founded the Dayflower Garden, a place for collaborative, communal freelancing under the greater Dayflower umbrella. Pulling from a network of incredibly talented folks, the Garden has incredible capabilities and exceeds in:
UX/UI
Graphic Design
Presentation Design
Illustration
Animation and motion design
Frontend development
Backend development
Social media design and management
Copywriting across a plethora of subjects
So when I say “think Dayflower,” I really mean it: with now vastly widened fields of expertise, if you need design, think Dayflower!
In the Spirit of Updating:
We’ve also gone and updated the layout of the Dayflower portfolio! It’s much more intuitive to use on mobile, with a thorough tagging system and huge upgrades to image quality and project blurbs. We’ll likewise be giving the site a new, flashier look as the months progress and the Garden comes together, so stay tuned for that.
Update: The End
And that’s that! Keep an eye out for the Dayflower newsletter in your inbox at the top-of-the-month and, as always, think Dayflower!
